Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings

We take every measure to ensure your tour is safe & enjoyable. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully.

Definitions

  • “Booking” means the date that you have reserved for use of one of our party buses.
  • “Vehicle” means any vehicle in The Transporter fleet.
  • “Venue Booking” means a booking that is made externally with a venue not associated directly with The Transporter Perth

Securing a Booking

  • The vehicle will be held for your requested date/s upon payment of the $150 security bond for all party bus bookings.
  • Payment of bond must be paid within 3 days of quote acceptance.
  • The booking will not be secured until receipt of the bond, in full.
  • Quotes will not be valid if not signed, accepted and paid.

Delayed Departure

Delayed Departure

  • If our staff have to wait for more than 20 minutes after the time of arrival at any pickup or drop off address, you will be charged $50, which will be taken from the bond amount.

  • In the even of a cancelation due to your guests being late, $100 will be withheld from your bond.  

Vehicle Selecton

Vehicle Selection - Varies and ONLY Optional

  • Vehicles are allocated based on number of passengers and the type of tour booked. Due to the nature of some events, vehicle selection is not possible. 

  • You may request a particular vehicle during the quoting process. Buses allocated on the day of your tour may vary based on previous tour damage, previously accepted requests. 
  • The vehicle is assigned with care and we try to accomodate all guests.

Bond / Making Payments

  • Payment in full must be received prior to your tour starting. Payment terms are clearly stated in your quote/invoice.
  • If a cancellation occurs 4 weeks or 30 days prior to your tour date, all monies received (including deposits) are non-refundable regardless of the circumstances. You can change/postpone your tour dates one time. should unforseeable circumstances arise.
  • We will commence action for any monies owed by you and all costs incurred in recovering the unpaid tour costs.
Payment Terms

Final Payment

  • Bond payments are non-refundable and will not be returned to you if you cancel your booking 4 weeks before your tour date. In the event of an event cancellation, you may change the date 1 time to the new event date, or change the tour type.
  • Payments must be paid by direct bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard. Payments by Visa or MasterCard will incur a 2% surcharge to be paid at the time.
  • Hire agreements can only be made by persons 18 years and over.
Cancellations

If you cancel or change your mind in relation to your party bus booking within 30 days of your tour, your bond payment will is not refundable.

Tour Price Excludes

  • Winery Booking Fees
  • Damage or irrepairables to vehicles

Unforseen Events

If there is an unforeseen circumstance before or during the Booking, we will provide with a substitute vehicle or another mode of The substitute vehicle or other mode of transportation does not have to be the same standard as the original vehicle booked.

An unforeseen circumstance includes but is not restricted to:

Mechanical breakdown;
Traffic congestion;
Natural Disaster
A road traffic accident; or
any other

We will endeavour to be punctual but if there is an unforeseen circumstance, we may arrive within 30 minutes of the booking.

Due to the volatile times at the time of restirctions, lockdowns and number restrictions. When an event organiser cancels your even within 2 weeks of the event, we will allow you to reschedule your booking one time within a 90 day period. If you reschedule a second time, you will be charged $100 cancellation fee. 

For music transfers, one way, two way transfers that are delayed due to event organisers changes, route changes and parking issues, you will need to allow a minimum of 30 minutes more than your expected times. No refunds or additional compensation will be given to you or your group when such uncontrollable situations arise. 

Bus Etiquette & Safety

Strictly ProhibitedDrugs and Alcohol

Alcohol/drugs are strictly prohibited on all party buses. We do not allow alcohol to be brought onto the bus or consumed. Any customer, tour organiser or their guests found with alcohol will render their tour instantly canceled on the spot and bond will not be returned. We want you to enjoy your tour with us, so please ensure you do not consume alcohol or bring alcohol on the bus.

Any cancellations or venues removing us from their premises due to bad behaviour and relating to alcohol or drugs, you’ll be immediately returned to your final destination and tour cancelled, no bond will be returned.

Be NicePassenger Behaviour

If you or any other passenger is intoxicated or behaving in an unruly, offensive or unacceptable manner, we may refuse entry to the vehicle.

You're ResponsibleYour Tour, You're Responsible

You accept responsibility for the behaviour of all passengers on your tour. If one of your guests on the tour becomes aggressive, rude and uncontrollable, and causes harm, you will be required to organise transport as they’ll not be allowed back on the bus.

Smoking / VapingNo Smoking on All Vehicles

If you or any other passenger is found smoking in the vehicle, we may terminate the booking without a refund. This is at the sole and absolute discretion of the driver and without prior warning.

FoodFood Transport Allowed

Just like our smoking policy, food is not allowed on all our buses. If you have an event and wish to transport food, please leave a note in your booking form.

DriverRespectful behaviour

The driver, in his absolute and sole discretion, may refuse entry or remove any passengers for unruly unacceptable or intoxicated behaviour as he sees fit.

LiabilityAcceptance of liability

We do not accept any responsibility or liability either in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expense caused by any circumstances which are directly or indirectly outside of our control.

Damages & Lost Property

Physical DamagePaying for damages to our Property

You accept full responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by any passengers. The credit card provided for the payment is provided as security and you irrevocably authorise us to charge this credit card with any damage caused to the vehicle by you, or any passenger without further reference to you or the credit cardholder. We will invoice you for those costs deducted from the credit card. If we have no credit card on file, an invoice will be issued, the bond will bot be returned and additional costs may incur.

Spillage / CleaningSpilled drinks, stains & marks

If you or any passenger as part of your booking causes any damage, breakage, spillage, soiling or staining to the vehicle, you agree to pay for all necessary repairs and/or cleaning costs to return the vehicle to its condition before the damage. You irrevocably agree that we may charge and deduct from the credit card provided for all reasonable costs incurred by us in cleaning, repairing and servicing the vehicle without further reference to you. You will be provided with an invoice outlining the costs incurred. Where a credit card was not used to pay for the booking, you agree to pay the invoice within 7 days of receiving it, via direct bank transfer, Visa or MasterCard.

Lost PropertyKeep your belongings with you

We take no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen property. You are responsible for any property in the vehicle including the property of other passengers. If we find lost property, it will be reported to our office by your driver and can be collected Monday to Friday between 10AM-4PM.

Your Safey - Our Priority

Seat BeltsAlways Wear Them

Seatbelts are compulsory for all party buses in Western Australia; however we strongly encourage all clients to wear a seatbelt at all times whilst in the vehicle. Our buses also have safety handles and poles in the bus, when making it to the dance floor, please note where these are stationed.

ChildrenToo Early for Partying

We cannot allow children or people into the vehicle who require child seats or booster seats for safety. The minimum age restrictions and number of passengers strictly adhered to.

Maintaining DecorumInside The bus

No passenger can have any body part protruding from the Vehicle. No passenger can have their feet on any seat or bar. The driver, in his absolute and sole discretion, may refuse entry or remove any passengers for unruly unacceptable or intoxicated behaviour as he sees fit.
