While we are taking extreme measures, we are absolutely business as usual.
As well as personal hygiene, our equipment, seats, handles, entry and exit ways will be continually disinfected. All our staff that you will have contact with throughout your tour, will have been briefed and well versed on this situation. They will also be equipped to assist you with your requirements.
To ensure reduced risk of exposure, for your maximum protection;
We will not be providing ice or water on our prepaid wine tours
All our ice boxes will be disinfected should you need to place your own water bottles
Using your devices to play music will be limited to one device
Sanitary wipes / disinfectants will be made available on all our buses
You will see some of our team members randomly getting on and off the bus during your tour to spray, wipe and clean as a precautionary measure.
For guests who have booked with us and have been overseas, visited larger crowded airports and events in the last few weeks, make sure you’ve notified your tour organiser and our team. It is for your own safety that we all work together to maintain life as usual. This is the time for us all to look out for each other, but not lose our heads.
Guests whose events have been cancelled, please feel free to contact us to postpone your event date, change your tour or book another tour.
